Hey there friends, colleagues, clients and collaborators - It’s your pal Kat, Owner + Operator of kat&co.

Well, here we are - in APRIL…

Am I the only one that is feeling a shift into Spring? Not only are the seeds that I’ve planted in winter starting to sprout, but it’s almost as if overnight I have gained the motivation to act on ideas that have previously only been in dreamland…

As we enter a new quarter of the year I am considering the effects that seasons have on our deep work, flow states, and of course the interest in our services from others. How can we structure our businesses to reflect (or mimic) the patterns of nature?

Here’s my rough draft:

Think on it with me and let’s move forward - Leave those unfinished tasks behind and start fresh! Make mistakes on purpose! Throw out the rule book on how you “should” be running your business, and tap into what is intuitive for YOU and your values.

And if all else fails, we can try again tomorrow 😊 

Reflection: Is there a time of year that you feel most productive or tapped into your work? What long form projects have been on your mind? Are there small steps or actions that you can take this week to move the needle forward?
