Hey there friends, colleagues, clients and collaborators - It’s your pal Kat: Founder of kat&co and Co-Host of Good Ideas + Bad Decisions.
Happy 2026 - but also, how is it already February!? In all transparency, I planned to send this newsletter out the first week of January… which then turned to the 2nd, then the 3rd, then the 4th… but hey, better late than never right? 😅
We welcomed some pretty amazing guests to the Good Ideas + Bad Decisions pod in 2025. What started as a virtual networking chat between two badass ladies (that’s Ellen and myself) - turned into a full blown podcast that we are just now accepting is a second business (and that might actually be podcasters?)! We are nearing A FULL YEAR of this wild experience… and as we prepare for many fun updates for Season 2, we are excited to share some collective wisdom from our amazing guests.
So instead of rushing into resolutions or reinventions, I wanted to offer you something more practical: a collection of “words of wisdom” from our guests to return to when you need it. And now that the fervent “new year, new me” pressure has worn off, you can pour a drink and peruse at your leisure 🍷
